Devon can have any wish granted to him, according to Liore, as long as he pays the price. When Devon requests that his sister come back to life, Liore complies and hands Devon a knife while announcing that a price must be paid in blood.

Devon resolves to commit suicide by slitting his throat in retaliation for what he did; as a result, his sister is now alive and back with their mother then, after Devon has atoned for his sins.

Dee Loc refuses to pay the rent even though he has the whole amount due (from his side business trafficking narcotics), saying Sean must be responsible and pay his share. Sean tries his hardest to win over Mr. Washington, portrayed by George Wallace, the car wash’s proprietor, in order to keep his employment long enough to pay his share of the rent.

Initially, everything seems to be going smoothly, but after Dee Loc is caught on camera stealing, Mr. Washington tells Sean that he has made a decision, including evicting his roommate. Sean tries to persuade Dee Loc to behave more responsibly, but their relationship suffers as a result.

Two ignorant and irate local criminals contact the carwash with demands, unaware that caller ID shows their location, and kidnap Mr. Washington at gunpoint. Sean and Dee Loc set aside their disputes long enough to liberate their employer rather than call the cops.

The situation becomes worse when Chris, a former assistant manager, arrives with an AK-47 and demands retribution from Mr. Washington for firing him. Chris kills one of the kidnappers, then fires into the car wash before running out of ammo. Sean attempts to attack Chris but fails and collapses. Security guard Dwayne (Bruce Bruce) intervenes and handcuffs Chris before he can kill Sean.

Carl Black is leaving Chicago with his family. Carl Black, played by Mike Epps, swaps the hustler lifestyle for something better after robbing a notorious criminal drug lord named Key Flo, played by Charlie Murphy, of a significant sum of money and making the assumption that he will spend the next five or six years behind bars.
