As players continue their adventures into the vast and rich world of the West Weald region in The Elder Scrolls Online (ESO)'s Gold Road chapter, they'll also uncover the mysteries of 'an ancient force" seemingly tied to the Forgotten Prince, Ithelia. As they continue exploring this force with Leramil the Wise, they can take time out to learn about the culture of this region by completing a specific Achievement, Wine and Warriors.

Players are tasked with locating performers who exemplify the diverse cultural scene of Skingrad and West Weald, and completing it will reward them handsomely. Let's delve into the cultural world of West Weald as we've explained how to complete the Wine and Warriors Achievement for ESO: Gold Road.

How To Complete The Wine And Warriors Achievement In ESO Gold Road?

Following the launch of the Gold Road chapter for The Elder Scrolls Online (ESO) and its subsequent v10.0.5 patch update, the latter added a whopping 140 new Achievements for players to unlock in-game. According to the patch notes, these can be done through exploration, discovering and clearing Delves and Public Dungeons, completing the Zone Quests, unlocking new Mythic items, and through the Scribing mechanic.

On the subject of exploration, one such Achievement, "Wine and Warriors," can be earned by experiencing prominent cultural activities across the West Weald region. More specifically, based on its in-game description, the Achievement requires players to "engage in local West Weald culture in various ways."

This Achievement can be found within the in-game Menu by pressing the right Options button (PlayStation) or Menu button (Xbox) or pressing the J key to access the Journal tab before looking for Achievements and searching for Gold Road. Players must find, speak, or interact with five different NPCs across the region to experience "West Weald culture," we've detailed where they can be found and what culture they'll experience below:

  • Talk to the Julianos Pilgrims: The pilgrims are reported to be found in three different locations:
    • At the crossroads by North Hook Wayshrine and the Three Points Wayshrine
    • West of the Wildburn's Edge Wayshrine
  • Engage the Emerging Performer: We've found this talented performer and his crew of animals west of the Fall Path's Wayshrine, but it's rumored they could appear in other locations in Vashabar.
  • Dance with a Marionette: The Marionette performer is a stationary act that can be seen near the corner of the main path by the Stonechip Gambling Den west of the Ontus Wayshrine.
  • Smash grapes with a Vintner: This took a while to find, but head to the vineyard north from the Glory'a Path Travel Company by taking the bridge beside it and sprinting across the area until they've located the main building. Look to the eastern side of the building to find Vintner Jarborious, where they must jump into one of the available barrels and begin smashing the grapes.
  • Talk to the Reachfolk Ambassador in Vashabar: Ambassador Goronwy is located within Vashabar, heading northeast from the Vashabar Wayshrine, where they can find him in the company of people listening to his address.

Once they've spoken to these colorful NPCs and assisted them with their inquiries, they will have marked each objective one by one. After all the objectives have been completed, they'll earn the Wine and Warriors Achievement, and in doing so, they'll receive the Nantharion's Royal Pauldrons Outfit Style.
